Booking details you provide through our scheduling system — name, contact details, appointment times and any intake or health information you choose to share with your therapist. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit this site.

How we use it

To provide and confirm your appointment, to contact you about it, to keep clinical notes where relevant to your care, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Scheduling and payment are handled by Acuity Scheduling and its payment processor, which process your data on our behalf under their own terms. Health information shared with your therapist is kept confidential and is not shared without your consent except where the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

Records are kept only as long as needed for care continuity and legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
